The location couldn't be more perfect. Literally steps to The Royal Mile. We didn't use the laundry but were glad they had it just in case. The breakfast was included in our package and it was varied and fresh. Lots of vegetarian options and the breakfast room is bright with large windows. The bedroom was a little small but to be expected for a city. The bathroom was large and very modern. Everything was clean and attractive. Just a note that some rooms, like ours, were a bit tucked down the hall and in the back and we had to use some stairs (in addition to the elevator) which was difficult with our heavy luggage. Not a deal-breaker but we didn't know there would be stairs. We would stay there again for the location alone. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It's also very close to the train station.
