Silver Meir Bungalow

Our stay at Silver Meir could not have been more perfect. A trip to Nuwara Eliya can be exhausting because there is so much to see and do; however, Silver Meir was like a home away from home, providing all the comforts needed to rest, relax and enjoy every moment of our stay. Our room was simple, but it was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the water was hot. The shared areas were just as clean, and made all the more comfortable by the friendly and generous nature of our hosts who consistently went out of their way for us. The highlight of our stay was partaking in the New Year’s Eve festivities. Chanaka and his family welcomed us like family and included us in their traditional ceremony. It was one of the best night’s of our lives, and an absolute highlight of our trip to Sri Lanka. We cannot capture in words how amazing our experience was, and cannot recommend Silver Meir highly enough.
