Two-storey chalet-style houses, lake-side cottages and guest house rooms are located on the territory.

Breakfast options are available for guests — three options to choose from. The shared kitchen is equipped with everything guests need to prepare the own meals. On-site coffee shops sell coffee from the coffee machine. Free parking is available.

Guests can use a table tennis room, yoga mats, dumbbells, a children's playground with a slide and swing, a trampoline, a hammock, a pond, a picnic area and a barbecue area with gazebos and barbecue grills. Two bath complexes include a wood-fired steam room or sauna, a hammam, pools with countercurrent or hydro massage, as well as relaxation areas.

Private cottages offer pet-friendly accommodation at an additional cost and subject to agreement with the property. Private check-in and check-out, laundry and drying services, and ironing services are provided.

The staff speaks Russian.

The rooms are equipped with a TV, electric kettle and tea set, refrigerator, slippers, towel, hair dryer, hygiene items. The cottages also have a microwave and kitchenware, and some have a fully equipped kitchen. The equipment depends on the chosen category of accommodation. Free Wi-Fi is available.
