Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport. Front desk is open 24/7. A free shuttle service to and from the airport is provided.

This place is a fairytale! We experienced the best hospitality in this hotel! The receptionist Larisa is very friendly and responsive! She helped us to move in very early, get a room at the first floor (we've been after a door procedure, so it was a decisive factor). She brought us clean water for tea for free. She brought some delicious food to our room. We were impressed by her!
