Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport. Front desk is open 24/7. 24-hour contactless check-in via a safe box is available.
Support from accommodation managers is available around the clock.
The price includes one set of bed linen per bed. The cost of an additional set for the sofa is RUB 500.00. Guests may use their own bedding; pillows and blankets are provided.
Photos of pages 2 and 3 of the passport are required for check-in. The photo must have the inscription «Only for Posutochno50». After verification, access codes to the apartment will be provided.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible by arrangement. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
For business travelers, accounting documents are provided, payment by invoice is possible, and a contract for permanent accommodation can be concluded.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement and for an additional fee.
The deposit is refunded on the day of departure after the apartment has been cleaned.
Smoking and noisy events are prohibited. Violation of the quiet hours after 09:00 PM will result in eviction without refund. In case of heavy soiling, smoking, tobacco smell, or failure to maintain cleanliness, the deposit will not be refunded.
Kamchatka delicacies such as caviar, crab, scallops, red fish, and a Kamchatka-style set with spicy sockeye salmon dumplings are available for an additional fee. |
