A beautiful hotel in Chivay with a local architecture. The team was really lovely (as in the hotel in Arequipa) with good advice to optimise your travel in the canyon. The hotel is really well located, in the middle of the nature with a view on the river. The most beautiful thing : they have a warm water source which is amazing ! They also have a really good breakfast and a good restaurant which provide a really good food just next to a chimney for the cold night (you'll appreciate it). I definitly recommend to stay there and at the hotel in Arequipa, it was easier for our travel.
