Located in a residential area 1.5kms from the central bus station, near to some shops, fruit market and a few restaurants. A 10 min walk away from the promenade. The place has 2 rooms, and is run by a lovely lady called Yolanda. Room was large, with comfortable bed, good shower, efficient heat/aircon and very secure. Wifi signal excellent. Use of a well equipped kitchen and fridge freezer. The garden and patio area is beautiful and a pleasure to sit out in. Yolanda will do a large bag of laundry for approx 17,000 guaranis. Overall excellent value for money.
