John, the owner, is incredibly friendly and accommodating—he even allowed me extra time to finish work without any additional cost. The breakfast was delightful, the room spacious, and the views were simply amazing. Service was exceptional from start to finish. My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our two nights here during our trip to New Zealand. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Dunedin!Thank you, John, for making our stay memorable!
