The hotel was very nice and clean the entire resort  was  super clean and food was amazing I would go back again with out a doubt

I loved everything about the resort. The people were friendly and very helpful. The food was excellent, and I truly loved the entertainment, especially the Michael Jackson show.

The hotel is just 1 year old so it’s in great shape, the design overall is great except they could have designed more passenger elevator banks.There was also no ATM at the hotel but apart from these couple of negatives, the positives outweigh them and I consider our stay a very pleasant experience!!!

Amazing Riu Property... we had lost of fun with our family. Restaurants superb ! Also, the buffet options where very good.

I stayed here with my family for four days. Would absolutely recommend, especially if traveling with children. The entertainment staff was excellent. They had lots of activities and things to do during the day. At night before the adult show they even have a show for children. The food wasn't as good as other resorts that I've stayed in Jamaica, but I would absolutely go back.

I like that there are things to do on the property.  I like that it is clean and the staff are exceptional. The only thing I didnt like is the toilet room did not have a sink to wash my hands. The sink was located in the room with the shower.

From drop off I only used my hands to eat and to hold a glass to drink. This was a beautiful resort. The Michael Jackson performance was VERY good! Rooster was very entertaining! Would definitely visit again. Resort is smaller but I still enjoyed myself. I did not like there was a certain person I had to book a tour through.

Loved our stay at this new hotel! The rooms were spacious and the views were absolutely exquisite, but what truly stood out was the service staff, they were OUTSTANDING, as you always find in Jamaica.The hotel itself was beautiful; no matter where you went, you could catch a glimpse of the ocean, and the breeze would simply mesmerize you. One detail that personally stood out to me was the balcony design. While the modern glass style looked sleek, the very thin glass panels didn’t feel safe, especially when traveling with children, definitely gave me some anxiety.The food was just okay. The entertainment, however, definitely needs improvement. The shows felt underproduced and lacked creativity. They kept promoting a “big party,” but it turned out to be at another hotel an hour away, which isn’t ideal for families. It would be great to see more on-site options that involve guests more directly, maybe comedy shows, karaoke, or even fun activities like musical chairs. Even though there was some activity, again it lacked production…What I loved most was how accessible and open everything felt. The atmosphere was inviting and easy to enjoy. However, by the second night, I found myself wondering if I had been looking forward to this vacation for so long only to feel ready to go home so soon.Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel with incredible staff, but there’s definitely room to improve the entertainment and dining experience to make the stay truly unforgettable.

Anniversary Trip

Firstly, staff made the stay above five stars very clean easy to navigate. Food was delicious. Easy to find the restaurants. The pools are very clean. The beach was very clean. The towel service was easy to locate. Everything was easy to find. We felt very relaxed there, me and my wife enjoyed our stay over the three days that we were there And we would definitely recommend coming back here and would even consider coming back here ourselves. Thanks to the RIU Aquarelle for making our stay so wonderful.

We had an fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, personable and hella talented. Shout out to my 3 favorite staff personnel, Mango, LB and Rooster. They made my stay magnificent.The spa services were top notch.  Plenty of food options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure!”

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this resort! The food was not only delicious but also offered a great variety, and the staff went above and beyond to be exceptionally nice and professional. Our rooms were always immaculate and well-stocked with all the drinks we needed.One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the entertainment team, who performed every evening. Their incredible talent and warm friendliness truly enhanced our experience. This is the first resort where I genuinely enjoyed spending quality time with my family. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Great overall experience. Customer service is excellent. Great food on the main buffet with additional restaurant choices. Great bars and drinks if that's your thing. Lots of pool and beach space. Property is pretty new so the pictures are pretty much as is. Would definitely return. I travelled with a family of 4 and we had a great time.

We went to celebrate our anniversary and our son’s birthday and graduation. I must admit from the moment we entered the resort we were greeted with the warmest smiles and the most extraordinary staff. The staff catered to all our needs and made us feel at home. The food, excellent, the cleanliness of the rooms and the property was something out of a dream. There were several pools and water slides, also a beautiful beach. We will definitely be back. I appreciated this resort very much! I enjoyed the entertainment and LOVED the food. One of the best resort buffets I’ve had on a resort. Would certainly return. Staff was lovely and had good energy. My fav gyal was Monique at the lobby bar. She was lovely and left an impression on me (and makes an amazing cocktail!)
