Lovely friendly clean house.  Felt at home straight away.  Gorgeous freshly cooked Irish breakfast.  Ita is a character, kept us company as we were waiting to be collected the next morning. She even cured my hangover!

What a great place to stay . The room was so comfortable. The owner Ita is a pure character.  The staff were so friendly & the breakfast was perfection. Really enjoyed our stay . Great attractions close by inc Rath Beggan Lakes & the County Club near by is great for food 

Very nice and clean B& B ran by an elderly lady.  Nice Irish breakfast.  The place is not in the country as the pictures lead you to believe but it is close to the town and close to Tara Hill and Trim Castle.  

We stayed three nights here, and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and excellent breakfasts which were included.  Our family room was spacious and light, with opening windows at both ends.  The bathroom was clean with a heated towel rack.  There was additional heating in the room.  We were able to park our car straight out front of our room, which was handy for carrying luggage.  It's a quiet and peaceful area, full of greenery and beautiful flowers, and is located in a quiet country street.  The dining room has a cosy, family atmosphere, and is full of family mementos and ornaments.  All in all, it was great value for money.  Our host, Ida, made us feel welcome right from the time we arrived, as did other members of her family and the staff who work there.  Free wifi was available in the reception area.  We used this place as a base to go driving in the surrounding areas and country side.  I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Our lovely hostess, Ita, and her son, Mick were very welcoming and kind hosts. Ita told us to make ourselves at home and use the dining room facilities whenever we wanted. We made ourselves tea and toast for a light dinner. The dining room was set up with white tablecloths and nice crockery and cutlery. Lovely breakfast. Our bed and pillows were very soft. Large bathroom with separate bath and shower. We asked Mick a few questions soon after arriving and he looked into everything for us which included booking tickets on the Ferry and printing them out for us.. Further help that he gave us was above and beyond what you would expect. We are very grateful to him and his mum.
