We stopped here over night as we were going to Gili T and it was close to port 
What a lovely traditional Balinese hotel beautiful setting gardens are amazing room clean tidy comfortable pool right outside the door and restaurant food was lovely 
Will return 

2.. time there..and we Are coming back next year..It is such a Nice place, all the staf and owner Are so kind and helpfull..lovly room and Nice food at the hotel resturant.. the pool aria is so Nice..looking so much forward to come back..

What a beautiful  hotel and restaurant, the best service  nothing was too much trouble  for the staff ...The food  was fresh and top quality  ...Go see for your self ..There was beautiful  dancers ...Beautiful  location  ...I can't  think of any reason  not to visit this wonderful  place 

In February 2018 our family of four stayed for two nights in this very nice hotel. We met very nice and helpfull staff. They have a wonderfull garden. If we come to Bali again, we would stay here again.

We stayed to nights here and we liked it a lot. A small and personal hotel with about 15 rooms. Our room was nice and clean. The pool area is fresh and relaxing. They also have a restaurant with very tasty food and good value. The staff is friendly and helpful. Too bad for the people who cancelled their trips to Bali!

I was a little sceptical about staying at Rama Shinta as it had been booked by my brother whose accommodation criteria differs from mine quiet a bit but I was nicely surprised, the staff who greet you are warm and welcoming. We had booked two rooms both were next to each other on the upper level which was lovely as they had a big verandah so as you could lookout over the beautifully maintained garden and also the pool area. We did however have an issue once my husband and I were let into our room, there was a highly toxic smell that no one could have lived with. Apparently they had an insect issue in the room so had sprayed it with some kind of insecticide, we voiced our concern that we would end up very sick if we were to stay in that room, unfortunately they were all booked up. Long story short we had to move to a hotel next door for the night until a room became available, which was a bit annoying, although they helped book the overnight accommodation I feel in good faith they could have paid for it as we were inconvenienced. We moved back into a new room the following day which was very nice, the bathrooms are big, modern and clean with good water pressure, there are no TV's but they have tea and coffee making facilities in the room, although the air conditioner was good it was  above the bed that had mosquito netting over it so it blocked a bit of the air flow. We did have a lovely view that looked over the huge village lilly pond. The rest of our stay was lovely and was made up of lounging by the pool, enjoying afternoon drinks in the beanbags under the frangipani trees and having evening meals in their restaurant. The meals were very nice and again staff were wonderful and always enjoyed a chat. The prices for food and drink were reasonable and for me it was one of the nicer places to eat in Candidasa. Just a final mention, the original room we booked had no one stay in it for the 3 days we were there, so my suggestion is choose a less toxic insect spray or people will get sick.

We only spent 1 night in Rama Shinta Hotel. 
Nothing to say about the room cleanliness, it was as expected, very clean. 
The breakfast (à la carte) was very good and we had enough food. 
The staff is very nice and welcoming. 
Motor bike location service (60K IDR/day) is available at and we were happy of it, brand new scooter, booking was quick and easy. 
We did not tried the restaurant. 
The only negative point was the cost of the transport service (300k for round trip to white sand beach while it is very close /450k for airport drop-off while we booked it for 100k less with another drive)
Hotel is located close to lotus lagoon and there is a small beach at less than 100 meters. 

We do recommend this hotel.
