Aroma Resort Pushkar

We stayed at Aroma at the last minute after another hotel in Pushkar didn't honour our booking during Holi, a time when the whole town is almost booked up. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, let us stay in our friends' room that night and found us a spare room for the next night. He also helped us arrange onward travel, let us use his office for printing, and brought food over from his restaurant to hotel. The hotel itself has basic but comfy rooms, good wifi, and two very nice terraces for relaxing on. Location is slightly out of the main bazaar but very easy to get to and feels a bit more like the 'real' Pushkar than the touristy main street. Restaurant across the road is a real find, set in a beautiful garden with lovely Indian food, nice breakfast and good coffee.
