Location is the highlight of the place. Very accessible. We reached at wee hours, but with the directions given we had no difficulty in finding the place. 
We were provided with a nice compact but spacious one bedroom apartment. 
Breakfast was really bad, its better you eat outside. We got the place at deal in one of the website and it was already super value for money. So eating outside was perfect for us.

We visited Pune in Dec 2013 and stayed in Satellite. Honestly, I was very apprehensive as I had only seen the pics of this place on tripadvisor and did not know what really to expect.
But I was pleasantly surprised. The apartment was neat and contained almost everything that one requires to stay comfortably. The AC made a bit of noise but that was not a big issue.
The rooms and linen were cleaned everyday and loved the breakfast in room facility. The choices for breakfast were a bit limited but then for the money you are paying, it is quite good.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room had 2 balconies - one tiny one attached to the living room and one medium sized  one attached to the bedroom.The view from the bedroom balcony was pleasnt as it overlooked a park.
The best thing about this place was the location. There are tonnes of nice eating joints around and really nice pubs. We could roam around in the locality till late checking out the quaint little eatieries around. Also there is a spa next door - Cologne Spa. Thats a must visit.
Now to the negatives. There isnt really much but still its good to know what not to expect :)
The kitchen isnt quite well equipped. The utensils quite old and not too clean. So in case, you are planning to cook meals at the apartment, I would suggest drop the idea. At best you can make tea, coffee or maggi.
The washing machine although distantly functional is old and broken, and you may not want to wash clothes if you are staying there for a longer period. 

Having said that, this place is really good value for money. Worth every penny you are spending given you arent spending much.
Very much recommend for budget travellers.

Awesome location, tidy rooms but bad breakfast

Good Value for money

This place is located in a very good location in pune, Koregaon park. I often stay here when i visit Pune for work. They offer very reasonably priced apartments with a very homely atmosphere. It is well furnished but the kitchen could do with a few more utensils.
There are a lot of good restaurants and bars in the vicinity so it saves up on the travelling.
The breakfast is very limited, just omlette and toast.
The staff was very helpful and I'll continue to stay here on my visits to Pune.

A very comfortable stay! good location.

The rooms are old and dirty, not like the pictures.. The house keeping person is odd, barged in to take away dishes one day.. He won't provide tea and coffee for breakfast, it had to be one or the other... We complained about the chutney being old, he told us that's how it is 
He wouldn't give tissue paper after the first day 

Shower curtain had fungus, tap wasnt working, shower didn't have hot water.. 

Dishes provided are old.. Fridge had fungus, microwave  was filthy from the outside... 

Worst of all, music from downstairs restaurant till 11

Poor housekeeping, horrid breakfast

Mr. Raju seems to be operator there not at all cooperative. Couples not recommend. Fooding and arrangement are also not good. Arrangement in apartment was also not good where as no cleaning and other option are available during the stay.
