The location of the resort is lovely,food is good and hygienic and the staff is very warm and friendly.great ambience.it was an untapped nature experience,clean air brought us close to nature. Greenery made our minds refreshes.definitely an infinite enjoyment. Guys.. must go place for sure!!!

It is one of the best stays I had so far in Munnar, midst of plantation, rooms were very specious and clean. Staffs were very friendly and the food served was really delicious and pocket-friendly. In every means it worth the money paid (Y). Recommended for all types of travelers.

Wow!!!! amazing hotel, excellent staffs and superb facility...What should I say, they had done their best to satisfy all our needs.. Resort by itself is situated in an outstanding place and you get to have a view of the tea plantations.. Nice cold climate and breeze floating around everytime.. Will surely recommend to everyone!!!

Excellent hotel amidst the tea plantation... The resort has a very big lobby and I was stunned to see that the entire  hotel has a wooden flooring. Climate at this hotel is very chilled as it's situated in a unique place on top. They have very spacious rooms and the staffs are very much courteous. The thing which made me happy was that I had requested them to make a special chinese receipe which my kid requested and without hesitating they were ready to provide the same. Many thanks to Mr. Faggin the resort manager who helped us out..Sorry if I spelled it wrong. Could not remember all the names but all staffs where excellent..

This is Dillipkumar from Chennai. We as a team of 10 members of our friends visited Munnar and we stayed over there in New Oak Field Resorts, which is located at the top of the Hill station and in between Tea Plantations. This Resort is one of the safest place for Stay and it had huge parking space where we can park more number of cars with full safety. Its a gated resort, so safety is 100%.Service is Wonderful. We stayed there in Oak Field Resort on 6th & 7th July '2019. Those two days were unforgettable moments in our life. And this Resort had a very wonderful restaurant where we can have food as like home made foods. All workers from Resort are very Helpful and Polite. And any time approachable. This Resort is 7 kms from Munnar. And you can go for site visits easily from this resort.You could enjoy the moving clouds, mist, Fog and drizzling rain from this resort from any of the rooms. All the rooms are neat and clean well maintained. You get Hot waters any time and at the top of the Hill, this Resort has Lift Service as well. This Resort has 24 Hours wifi service. We donot want to go outside for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. You will get All at One Place. Will recommend for my neighbour families and Friends. And I am planning to take my family in the coming month. Its a wonderful place to stay. Will surely visit once again. Very Beautiful hotel and rooms are very good. Even food of the restaurant is very nice. Loved to visit again! It is far from the city but once you reach here, you will feel the beauty of mountains and tea gardens.

Nice ambience and pleasant environment. Foods are good and safest place to stay. Staffs are friendly and behaved very decently. Help desks are very active and served very fast. Great place to view entire Munnar beauty.

GOOD STAY

We lived at New Oaks for two nights. I only liked the meals and the lovely tea plantations in which the hotel is located. Everything about outside was perfect but inside the hotel rooms we were not comfortable. Rooms were cold. The wooden floors were not polished and didnt look clean. 
The most annoying part for me was the road up to the hotel. We had elderly parents with us in our car and the roads were full of deep pot holes. Please fix the roads for your customers safety. I wont be recommending your hotel to others.
