Basically the price value is in balance... 

We Spent there a week with family... 

Owners live in one part of the house. And two other parts are being rented.

Owners are very friendly and open. This is the reason of two stars. They are really nice! But...

- everything is very noisy in the house! The floor is making  noise (it is creaking) at each steps. It seems not an issue. But consider what happens where 7 people sleeps and each of them should just once a night to the toilet go....
- furnitures are extreme old. Bed makes noise (creaks) at each small movement..
- furthermore they are short. I am 183 cm and it was short and too thin.
- double bed is two separated bed which are moved to next to eachother. It means you can not use it as a double bed....
- fridge is super small... For 7 people a half size fridge.It is a joke... 
- in the kitchen there is only two small places to put plates and cutleries or something...You have to store everything on the floor in bags.. It is a joke again...
- no climate but house keeps all the heat during the day....You can not sleep after a sunny day. (it is not advertising itself as a climated place but we slept in the roof level where it is a must to have to be able to sleep as they do not have proper insulation (most probably there is not ....)
- the courtyard is extreme messy. You do not find what you have seen on the pictures just mess... I take a chance to say the photos are fake. I mean they do not show the current status and are some years old...
- the playground on the pictures is put between three walls. Two are 2m far from each other. So it is extreme small. Photographer was really tricky...  Again...Nice job..... 

Place is Cheap and poor.

Basically you can choose it if you do not mind these issues because it is not expensive.

But we will not recommend to our friends and we will go to somewhere else next time at Tisza lake.

In brackets: the beach of Abadszalok is really good. No crowd at the beach. No queues at restaurants. Really kind place compared e.g. To the beach of Sarud which has much better marketing but worse services.

So it is a good idea to stay in Abadszalok but not in Simon Falusi Vendeghaz!
