My partner and I booked this apartment due to its location read from other reviews. It was perfect for access to the Budapest Marathon running weekend that we had gone for. Only a couple of yards from the market and right next to Liberty Bridge and metro and bus stops, perfect. The apartment was smaller than I expected but was very clean and up to date with a very comfortable large double bed. Gabi the host came back very quickly to any questions I had. Only negative is the noise from the traffic on the road below the bedroom window (two stories high). It didn’t seem to let up even during the night. Also the market opened at 6am so had this added noise too. I had read that the restaurant below served the best authentic food but we ate there two nights and didn’t enjoy it at all! Could not fault the location and we absolutely loved Budapest, didn’t get to see it all in the 6 days we were there! So much to see and do.
