The place of the hotel is very quite,rooms are comfortable and the staff is very helpful very polite....the distance to the old town is like 15 minutes walking...
i will chose this hotel for my next come just for very helpful staff ..

This gleaming boutique hotel has new owners/managers we were told.
Goce the owner would have to be the kindest and most supportive host ever. He organized our entire stay here. Getting bus timetables, taxis, restaurants recommendations etc
Super clean and neat, the hotel is very inviting. 
We are a family traveling with two smaller children. Especially Matka canyon was great, a truly superb day out on water, in caves and up at a monastery.

The style of the room is modern and well accommodate, rooms are pretty big and clean. Very modern bathroom with sauna, and very friendly staff. They have free Wi-Fi. The breakfast is pretty rich, just ask them if you feel something is missing, they will provide it!

My wife and I spent 10 days travelling around Macedonia & Albania and have just returned home from Villa Lav having spent 3 nights there.  We had the top loft floor room with amazing bathroom with freestanding bathtub, shower and sauna. The actual bedroom however was a little tired in places and the bed not comfortable, which prevented a top rating.  Breakfast was local continental.  The property is about a 20 minute walk to Skopje Centre where there are plenty of monuments and bridges to see along with the Old Bazaar.  We even managed to go to the Macedonia v Spain football game one evening.  Fortunately there is a very good restaurant a couple of minutes walk from the property called Baba Cana with great terrace views and excellent food. It saves a long walk into town where there are other food options along the river.  We would recommend this villa particularly the sauna room we had.

This place really added joy to our holiday in Skopje. Rooms were clean, staff was amazing, they helped us with everything, especially Mario, explained us everything we could want or need. Their breakfast was also phenomenal. Also, it's located in walking distance to everywhere. Only problem was that the doors were hard to lock. You have to struggle with them a bit. Other than that, everything was perfect
