We are a family of four r and stayed there 4 nights. We find the resort was very good and tidy rooms,staff members are really nice and welcoming. The food was amazing and enough choice in fresh salads,deserts. Every time they’re changing the main food items but fish is common every day and almost every night they do grill chicken and beef. Drinks are unlimited including alcohol for all inclusive but when it comes to beer they serve during lunch and dinner only. Swimming pool is quite nice and tidy but i find couple of hazards while going towards bar next to the pool,there are couple of steps inside the pool nearvthe bar and if you are not careful enough you will get hurt and same with hot tub. Every day there are 3 shuttle services from hotel to Temple & Palma beach one is free and other one is 3 usd per adult where they will provide sun beds free in both beaches. The location of the hotel is just 20 mins away from airport and 15 mins from old town. Its really budget friendly and good place I personally believe they are doing far better and i can justify 100 percent for the amount what i paid and looking forward to visit again. The staff in the restaurant may expect small tips ,i just gave 10 usd for all members in the restaurant and they felt very happy.
