Beyond my expectations. This was a friends and family trip and all I can say is wow. We were all just blown away by the hospitality and service of this resort. Check in was a breeze as we all booked swimout rooms. We had 5 rooms booked and hoped to be close to each other . Without even asking, we were all booked in a row side by side. Excellent start and it just kept getting better by the day. We are a happy fun group and I guess our vibe was felt by everyone. From our wonderful amazing butler Joanna, our service go to guy Javier, who made our trip so special, to our lovely room attendants,cart drivers Américo, Karina in the buffet.. so many wonderful people. The food was amazing , drinks top notch , we had dinner reservations for our group of 10 every night thanks to Joanna, wine in our rooms, . I could go on and on, but you must experience this for yourself please don’t sweat the small stuff as the pluses far far outweigh the minuses. Special shout-out to Jhan Carlos for an amazing golf cart ride as we sang songs, laughed, people cheered us on , so much fun..see you again soon
