Anastasia Holiday Apartments

We spent 12 nights here and had a very enjoyable holiday here. It's a budget place so set your expectations accordingly. The pool is great, there were always sunbeds available although some of them were looking tired! The rooms were fine but lacking in equipment in the kitchen area. There is only one plate, bowl, cup, knife, fork, spoon and teaspoon for each guest with is very sparse, no tea towel and no plug. No microwave, a 2 ring hob but no oven, however we were happy with salads, omelettes and the odd meal out. The shower is set very low and the curtain is short, also the shower tray is very small so expect a wet floor (mops are provided!) My mattress was fine but my friends was very worn and the springs were noisy. Having said all this, the host is probably the most friendly and kind you could ever wish to meet!! Nicolas brought us apples and bananas from his garden and also any item which we asked for he provided, he really is a delightful and cheerful man. We loved our stay here and were prepared to put up with the minor inconveniences because it was in a great location and so friendly, we felt at home straight away. The bus (no. 615) passes very frequently running from Coral Bay to Paphos, 1.5 euros each way. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away which is handy for bits but if you want to do a larger shop at much better prices, there is a Lidl approx 5 or 6 bus stops away towards Paphos and very well stocked.
