All the conveniences of home, very clean, easy access and parking. Well set up and comfortable.
All appliances etc worked, air conditioning is floor unit so a bit noisy. 
We stayed in the basement suite so basement small windows as expected.

We spent two nights at the Parker House Hotel Suites. We stayed in the Elm Suite. It was comfortable and well equipped. The location was ideal and we could not have asked for anything more. The bed was comfortable, the touch of chocolates and robes was lovely. The bathroom was huge and well equipped as was the kitchenette area, including cooking utensils and dishes etc.
The outdoor veranda was nice to sit on and we appreciated it.

What a great spot to stay the night,: roomy, clean, tastefully decorated.  We had a great sleep!  The staff responded promptly with answers to our questions. Checking in was a breeze. Look forward to our next visit.

We booked this place and stayed in the Elm Suite. I liked how the entrance is from the outside,  through the patio, and entry was using an entry pin pad.  

Upon entering the room, it looked so clean and smelled fresh.  It has its own kitchen which is great for longer stays too.  

It is nicely decorated and special touches such as robes and chocolates are appreciated. 

Would not hesitate to stay here again! 

We had an amazing stay in this gorgeous little boutique hotel. We had the Elm Suite and everything was seamless, from booking to keyless check-in to contact-less check-out. The location was perfect, with almost everything we wanted to do no more than a 5-15 min drive away, and very walkable to downtown. The attention to detail in every little bit of the experience was noteworthy, from the the chocolate on each folded bathrobe, to the binder with listings of local restaurants (which notes their distance from the hotel, type of cuisine and setting, and Parker House favourites), to the spare tea-light candles and lighter below the little candle holder, to to the little vase of fresh cut flowers beside the bed. It's clear that this hotel is taken care of with great pride. Thank you for a lovely, memorable experience.

The suites were wonderful and very clean! Sheila and Lorena have thought of many extra “little things” to make their guests feel at home and welcome. We will definitely be returning in the future and will recommend to our friends!

Absolutely loved our night in the Studio suite at the Parker House. Parking was easy and free, location was great proximity for us to walk downtown for dinner and the concert we were attending.
It felt very warm and inviting, it was clean and I loved the way it was decorated/finished. Super cute. Also, despite being a basement suite - it felt very open and bright with the blinds open.
We agreed that whenever we have to stay in town for an event now - we’ll definitely stay at Parker House. The rates were more than comparable, and we really enjoyed the ease of checking in/accessing everything with a door code.

Nice place to stay when you're in Sudbury.  I stayed in the Alder suite - small kitchen (has microwave, fridge, small stove), with good bedroom and spacious bathroom.   Large soaking tub, separate shower.  Free wifi, & TV.  Only drawback was the small size of the desk - but that would only be of consequence to someone needing it for business.  
No hesitation in recommending this as a place to stay when you're in Sudbury 

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and we really enjoyed ourselves. It was very clean, and it smelled fresh. It was also very quiet which is different from your average hotel or motel. We stayed in the Alder suite and it was aesthetically pleasing. Very nice decor and furnishings. The only thing I would maybe recommend is black out curtains because the sun shines pretty bright in the AM. Otherwise it was beautiful and we would definitely stay again.

Met a friend here some time sgo for lovely lunch and catchup. Lovely ambiance and great food. Not your average diner, something special as very quiet. Very close to downtown Sudbury and Queens Athletic Field.

A delightful experience staying at the Parker House Hotel/suites for two nights.

One of the best places we stayed at.

Beautiful room

Arrived early evening for a couple days stay. Little apprehensive at first due to outside appearance and area. Once inside pleased. Layout a little strange. When you walk in door you see a kitchen and to your left a toilet just there!?  The kitchen is small, adequate, clean and well supplied. Then from kitchen your in the bathroom which is enormous but no where to place things. Needs at least a table  ( maybe get rid of chair) Nice large sink, jacuzzi tub for two. My problem was the toilet just sitting out with no privacy. Needs at least a curtain. Must be a close couple to stay here!  In clear view of Anyone in kitchen or bedroom. Must go thru bathroom to get to bedroom. Again clean and nice. Bedroom is a nice size, comfy bed and quilt( didn’t like sheets). Nice antique dressers and a flat screened television ( not sure of channels, didn’t use).  All in all nice place and would return. 

Surprisingly pleased!

Cozy and Quiet

Beautiful, spacious room with kitchenette and ample parking.  Very clean.    Really sweet, personal touches like thick, fresh bathrobes and chocolates on the bed to greet us.  Highly recommended.  Restaurants to try: Rosy's Corner for fantastic Mexican and Gloria's Restaurant for the best breakfast I've had for a while!

Comfortable and spacious suite!

We were scheduled to arrive in Sudbury at 12:15am on July 1st, which happens to be Canada Day.  Our flight was late so we did not arrive to the place until about 2am, but the suites have digital push button locks so getting in was no problem.
In talking to the owner, he was not sure if the LCBO (liquor store) would be open on the holiday, so he said he would put a couple of beers in the fridge for us.  When we arrived, not only were the beers in the fridge, but a nice bottle of wine too!  After a very long and hectic day of flying from Phoenix, the gesture was greatly appreciated.
We stayed in the Studio suite, which is in the basement, but I was impressed with how clean and nicely appointed it was.  Everything seemed to be nearly brand new, despite the building being over 100 years old.  The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook for yourself if you are so inclined.  There was even a fresh bag of quality coffee beans and a grinder - I never bothered with Tim Horton's!
It was forecast to be near record high temperatures while we were there, and in talking to the owner, he mentioned that the Studio Suite was the only one without air conditioning, but that being in the basement with very thick walls, it should not be a problem.  He called me back a couple of hours later to tell me he had a brand new portable AC unit in his truck, but I would have to help him get it out because he has a health issue that requires him to be on oxygen.  Above and Beyond is an understatement.  Needless to say, I was more than happy to help him get it into the suite and install it.
We stayed 10 days, and it was a pleasure to come back to such a nice place every night.  I chose this place based on the reviews and I read, and the fact that the very best hotels in Sudbury rate only 3 stars at best and cost about the same despite being 1/4 the size.  
The owner is a very personable guy and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.  I really enjoyed chatting with him too - he has led an interesting life and is very knowledgeable.
Overall, I could not be more pleased with choosing Parker House Suites, and will definitely stay their again the next time we are in town.

My stay at the Parker House Suites was fantastic!

I was in the Alder Suite, which was beautifully decorated and had a ton of amenities. I visited at Christmas and the suite was tastefully, and sparingly, decorated for the holidays. 

Upon entering the suite, it became immediately obvious that the owners put a lot of thought into making people feel at home.    

The suite came with luxurious linens, tons of towels, a well-equipped kitchenette, free bottled water, free wifi and an enormous jetted tub.

What really made this place special for me was the attention the owners paid to the little things, such as bath salts for the tub, full-size toiletries in the shower, a cozy throw and an extra blanket so soft and plush that I wanted to wrap myself up in it and never leave.
