Alex at the front desk at check in was a pleasure to be greeted with. He made sure we had a room that met all of our requests even though it had not been booked correctly by the reservation agent. The room was a great size, and had a very comfortable bed. Downsides: The "breakfast", not sure I call microwaved lunch meat and store bought hard boiled eggs a breakfast, the "bread products" were all stale and inedible, no coffee, no juice, no water even available, the pancake machine was clearly needing service and not working, no worthwhile cereal selections and even if there was there was no milk. The pillows could be firmer (but thats a problem i find in every hotel it seems). The climate control unit was not consistent in its function. Bathroom size could be bigger, not sure why hotels all have the same trend of having the bathroom so small that the door literally touches the toilet when closing the door but again its like that in every hotel, gotta say was disappointed to see it given the size of the room. Decor was a bit dated and the rugs and furniture could use a good steam clean.
