This place and the stuff made me feel like home, I have never experinced a better service and genuine kindness as at this hotel, felt like friendship. Everything is clean, beautiful and relaxing, spa treatemts very professional and good! But the stuff made the extra and always went over what’s expected, I even got a beautiful birthday suprise on my birthday :) I’ll definitely stay at same hotel next year when going back in work.

This hotel has great location only five minutes walk from Pub Street.

Lovely rooms with a fantastic shower.

But the thing that made this place such a pleasure to stay was the amazing staff. Just awesome customer service. Friendly, professional and competent.

Oh, and the breakfast was great too. And a nice touch was the complimentary car to the airport. A nice touch.

Will definitely repeat.

We arrived in Siem Reap with no accomodation booked , our tour driver Sovvannth Chab picked us up drove around to many accomodation places. We stumbled on Ankor Diamond & Mr Bean the manager was soooo helpful the Ankor is a beautiful hotel with very helpful & friendly staff . They could not of done enough for us. The Ankor is ver clean has a lovely pool and beautiful spacious rooms. 2,mins by took took to pub street or you can walk just out enough from the noise with a mixture of where the locals live, best of both worlds . A big thank you Mr Bean & staff for a memorable stay liane & John

A Really Great Stay

Perfect location

We spent here 1 week and were not impressed. It's for sure not a real Boutique Hotel. 
Positive experience with a couple of staff members (Mr. Bean, Skinny Lady at Restaurant), others were average or not acceptable (Senior Lady waiter which was always surfing on her smartphone).
Breakfast was for this Price category poor. Room and facility old. Even though we asked 3 months in advance for a quite room, we got a noisy one. Centrally located.

Not as expected, Ok for 2 nights.

I wish I had read trip advisor before staying here.. lazy staff and the room could have be cleaner. they definitely have room for improvement and I wish them well but good service and cleanliness are really important.
