Laguna Beach Hotel

Very good hotel, food good, lots of choice. Room kept very clean, staff brilliant. Hotel let down by Guest's, they took No notice of dress code, even argued with a Wonderful Restaurant manageress, about state of attire going into dining room. Parents allow children to do as they like in the Dining room, disgusting children behaviour. This Hotel caters for Children in general, so be expecting lots of noise, if overlooking the pools, ( 8 to 10 water flumes) plenty of staff on duty around the pools. Quieter pool near the back of the hotel, again pool staff on duty all times pool open. Close by is Flower Street, Great for shopping and bargaining for good deals. Dining room has Melons, carved by the Chef's, and they are Brilliant, but in the dining room, be careful of children walking around with food, bump into you and you can finish up covered in what they were wishing to eat, children leave food on the Floor, and adults take no care of the mess that's left. Fortunately, Brilliant dining room cleaning staff on Hand. All in all, if you want a quiet holiday, this isn't for you, as it can get very noisy with children, Bar very packed with Pool tables, so if near them, expect a Poke in the ear. Bar staff are Brilliant.
