The ambiance and food of this hotel will not forget I
N life the customers service is really excellent food very good too and swimming pool At the best standards and don’t forget to spend few hours At the health club

Firstly, the room is huge and cleaned daily. All of the hotel staff are so friendly and so helpful, right down from the cleaners, to housekeeping, to maintenance, to Majedi in the hair salon, the the lovely ladies on reception (Ms Maria, Ms Lorna & Ms Rees) and especially to Ms Tressa, the kindest, most professional, most patient, helpful Manager I have met. Mr David is also a very understanding and kind man. I am allowed to have friends to visit me during the day. My work is such that I work most days from 7am until 4/5pm. I come back to the hotel and I work at night too. I do not get out much except to meet friends sometimes during the weekend but this hotel has everything I need including very reliable internet and a desk that I can work at. My work is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and there is every kind of shop you need within walking distanced including bank, laundry service, supermarket and pharmacy. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for leisure of for business. I am no hesitation in staying here until the end of June 2019. Thank you to all of you for a very comfortable stay. Excellent hotel for a long term stay due to work.

Ambiance and food

It's a lovely experience we feel in Bahrain carlton on the day of heart's day. We have a great party in 5th floor with my friends.
Beautiful receptionist Ms. Rea (if I'm not mistaken)
A wonderful breakfast it's delicious and awesome.

OVER all it's nice experience in this hotel..
Only one thing I.. my self I don't like how the manager Teresa(again if I'm not mistaken)
Talk and mention to me that " mam you said to the reception will stay only in the room YOU AND YOUR PAKISTANI" you as a manager or how ever staff will talk to the guest
Don't mention a nationality specially ms. Teresa is Indian..
I'm not complaining but I want her to know how to be respectful..

A lovely valentines with my PAKISTANI BOYFRIEND

I stayed here for 2 nights, on my own. The hotel is very old and in need of refurbishment however, it is cheap and the location is not bad. Breakfast is included in the price but it was not good. I was the only one in the restaurant, the choice was very poor and the hot food was barely warm. The room was clean however, it smelled musty and the toilet seat was stained. As a single woman in the hotel, I felt stared at by other guests at times and did not want to check out he pool. For the little time I spent in the hotel, it was fine but I wouldn’t recommend it. 

You get what you pay 

I specifically asked the front desk for a quiet room for my two night stay and they put me two floors directly below the banquet hall.

Both afternoons the staff were dragging tables and chairs up there for 4 hours each day and was painful.

To top it off a teenager music party until 1am on my second night (Thursday).

Breakfast a 2 out of 10.

There are better options than here.
