Spacious and very modern apartment, near Pacific Fair shopping centre, putt putt golf(my kids love it), restaurants and beach ! The pool and path were very clean and look new. Staff professional and nice. Much better than staying in small room of big hotel. Enjoyed our stay.

Great location, short stroll to the beach. Well appointed appartments. 
In need of a little tlc & good clean but otherwise good value for money. Would definitely come back and stay again if the blinds in the bedrooms were replaced to block out the morning sunrise as we didn’t enjoy the 5.30am wakeup.

Stayed here for around one week. Apartment very spacious, very comfortable. Two dedicated car parks. Apartment fully air conditioned (although one unit too noisy to run at night), full laundry within apartment (although drier sounded like a tractor when used).
Beach only one block away, food outlets about 5 minutes walk.
Joe the Manager always available by phone. 
Overall, benefit vs cost compared to other 4 star accommodation - extremely good. I would recommend Spendido.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and enjoyed our stay. The apt was really large and has a full kitchen, there are a few shops close by and it’s a short walk to the beach. It could do with a bit of a spring clean though; the skirting boards were dusty and the freezer smelled like fish. Overall a good stay.

My husband and I try to use public transport wherever possible whilst travelling abroad. We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to travel from Brisbane international airport to the door of the apartment using train, light rail and bus at a very low cost using the Go Card transport card option which is available at the airport.
We were fortunate in that being very jet lagged ( having landed from the UK on the 6am flight ) we were allowed to check in early. The apartment was huge . It was probably a two bedroom apartment but what we think was another bedroom was locked. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances however the downside is that only one sachet of dishwasher powder, washing powder and washing up liquid were provided. I understand why  the apartment only supplies a ‘starter supply’ of necessities but for those of us who don’t have a car and are flying in from overseas ,it’s completely impractical for us to bring or carry adequate amounts of these items . It would be useful if the owners sold small quantities for our use. Many of the cups and dishes in our cupboards were dirty and I suspect that this was because the previous occupants of our apartment didn’t want to buy their own washing supplies. 
The only other noticeable downside to the apartment was the unreliable internet connection. It crashed more often than it worked!
Other good points about the apartment are that our one had two very good sized terraces, it wasn’t noisy ( despite being close to a main road) , there was a pool and spa and it was very close to the beach. The local bus was regular and could take us as far as the NSW border. Even better was the fact that we were left alone to enjoy our stay. No housekeeping, no passing reception every time we returned to the apartment just complete freedom to set our own pace.
We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.



Ticked all the boxes. A very hot week great air cond in main living and both bedrooms. Carpet through out apartment . Great water pressure on shower and comfy lounge sofa and king bed. Quiet unit away from road noise.  Well looked after Pool and hot spa. The only thing was BBQ immaculate was to scared to use as a sign saying clean up after. There was no way with the style of BBQ that I would be able to have it looking all shinny and clean as found.Great value for money and only a 5 min walk to the beach. I would recommend this place to stay.

This is a very handy place to stay whilst visiting the Gold Coast. The Sky Bus picks up and drops off outside the apartments  The rooms were large and the beds comfortable. The only downside is there are no lifts in the building

We stayed in Jane's apartment (1521)over looking Taal Volcano.  The room has two comfortable queen size bed with three pillows on each bed. It has microwave, kettle and small ref. Inside the cabinet are plates, cups and saucers, spoon and fork.  Bathroom is quite big with body wash and shampoo inside. Minus points will be given because of the two plastic stools  under the small table. They don't look good inside the cozy llace with a nice view outside the window. Aircon not that cold but you could text  the caretaker for her to adjust. No remote control for the aircon inside the room by the way. So don't be shy to ask from time to time to adjust the temperature (which we didn't do). Parking area was provided free of charge. Over all  we enjoyed our quiet stay in Splendido. It is quite far from Tagaytay's famous food stops and landmarks but we feel relaxed and refreshed. 

Taal View

Was disappointed to find on the floor in the dining room it was dirty, I trod on something that when I looked appears to be a broken piece of plastic off an item? I was itching in bed & concerned if the mattress was old & so dirty it needed replacing.. The washer was fine but the dryer was so small it made laundry hard & time consuming. Television in the lounge room had no ABC channels & the remote had no mute button so thankfully the 1 in the master bedroom did!!

Online they're honest on their description & it's possibly bigger when you go there & see when staying at the resort

Room was overall clean but very dated. Dishwasher didn't work, lights in bedroom didn't work, light in range hood didn't work, drier had very little heat.  We did have a king size bed but it was so hard we woke up with sore joints. Very basic furnishings and next to no utensils in kitchen. Balcony area was filthy. Garbage left in stair wells. For an advertised 4 star apartments it's very disappointing. Would not recommend
