Great location, great views, great communication.What lacked was quality furniture - everything was budget furniture, and mismatched towels of poor quality.The sofa was broken upon arrival which took two days to repair, multiple emails back and forth and two visits from a repairer eating time into our trip that we shouldn’t have spent to manage the issue.I understand these things happen - but I feel as though the organisation should have management plans in place for these matters that don’t involve guests wasting their time to resolve the matters
