Didn't book here as I booked elsewhere but received email saying room no longer available. So walked in and booked. Staff not so good at English but got there in the end. Shown room which was large clean bright and spacious. Tv safe and Wi-Fi all good. Large fridge and cooking facilities. Complimentary water and coffee. Rooftop bar and restaurant. Had a steak and was lovely. Cheap too. my room 303 cost 600,000 vnd around £23
