We absolutely loved our stay at the W Boston! The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance to Boston Common and Copley Square, and just a short Uber ride to most major attractions. Check-in was quick and seamless, and we were warmly welcomed by Jenny and Megan at the front desk. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind—going out of their way to answer our questions and make sure we felt at home. Their hospitality truly set a wonderful tone for our stay. We stayed in a corner king room, which was beautifully designed with floor-to-ceiling windows and a spa-like bathroom featuring a separate tub and shower. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Because the hotel is close to nightclubs and bars, there can be some city noise, especially on lower floors, but the thoughtful addition of a white noise machine meant we weren’t bothered at all. Breakfast at the hotel was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The service from the wait staff was equally impressive and made for a great start to each day. Overall, the W Boston combines style, comfort, and exceptional service. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Boston—you won’t be disappointed!
