We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful Hotel. It is like living in the last remaining part of "The Guilded Age". The new parts have been beautifully integrated into the old mansions preserving their dignity and splendour. An excellent free tour is provided by Kevin Draper of New York Historical Tours. All the staff were excellent especially the Concierge Ani who was exceptionally helpful. The location is most convenient for the main streets and a easy walk to Central Park. Not only is St Patrick's Cathedral very close, but also St Bartholomew's Episcopal Church.
