This is a fine hotel for New York City. The location is great and two short blocks from a 7th Ave subway stop. Our [basic] room size was fine (~180 sq feet). The hotel is small and dated, but was clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. For what we paid, it was an excellent bargain.
