we stayed here for a few nights with another couple, there are mixed reviews and to be fair the bad ones aren't justified! We had a Brooklyn view room with a balcony and our friends were adjoining, the rooms are a good size and the bathrooms are also very good. We arrived and checked in at the lobby, the entrance is not on the street and you walk down a courtyard garden with music and an autumn display which was a nice touch. We walked into the lobby and was greeted by the team on the desk, we were on the 11th floor and facing Brooklyn with a side view of Manhattan. we decided to check out the view from the rooftop bar and its impressive and I recommend anyone heading up to look. the bathroom was pleasant size and had a sliding door with an opaque glass, the shower was very good and the amenities were nice. there were waters left out for you which were replenished daily, the coffee machine was lavazza and was very good. the bed was super comfortable and the pillows were soft and fluffy. to open the door to the balcony there is a knack to opening the door, but once you get it, its super easy
