Stayed in hotel for four nights and I must say the staff have been fantastic, lilly and Will have been exceptional as have the all the staff, couldn’t do enough for us just a shame I can’t remember all there names. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Would like to thank Will for his time and effort madey and  lliay the manager , would recommend the place to anyone   plus i would like to stay why have i got to do 200 words for this review thank you also like to  thank you to julia who also has been fantastic

Overall impressed stayed with husband and five month old was clean and comfortable. Cot was provided for little one, had instant coffee and tea in room, TV worked well and bathroom nice and roomy. Enjoyed our stay

Lovely weekend with the family, lovely clean hotel and very friendly team members. Great location. Room was to a high standard and bed was comfortable. Quick check in and friendly reception team member. 

Easy check in. Receptionist Sue was very friendly and efficient. Room was spotless, lovely clean linen and nice and warm when entering the room.
Restaurant was very good, service was great but food a little overdone.


From the very start of our experience, 2 lovely ladies made us feel very welcome and seemed to enjoy the chat with our small lads.
As I only booked this room as a gift for my wife so she could have a long soak in the bath, this is due to the fact we only have a shower at home.
As we entered the room we saw a letter and some gifts from the hotel, we did not expect this, what a lovely touch I thought and my wife was extremely happy.
This is more than I could hope for, happy wife happy life they say.

Lovely friendly hotel and restaurant even popped a little nite in the room to say happy birthday to my twins ment a lot to them even tho they are only 6 but they had to travel on their birthday so enjoyed their chocolate bar and colouring pack 

Fantastic Place to stay for business or pleasure. The food was excellent, The staff were very welcoming and attentive. Nothing was a problem.
The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. and the facilities inside were good.

The hotel was lovely and clean. The tea and coffee making facilities were basic but adequate. Having a bath was nice and the en-suite was lovely and clean. Car parking was easy and free being located next to the hotel.

Valentines bath gift

Second time staying at this hotel tk visit family. Didn’t spend too much time at the hotel but the room was clean and just what we needed. Decorated Halloween decs for the kids and lots of treats for them and prizes which was lovely. Breakfast wasn’t great next door not much on offer but the soft play was very handy so we could drink a hot drink and watch them play 

Lovely stay

A great Premier Inn that was very clean and presentable. Staff were lovely and helpful. Bed a little on the firm side for our liking. Brilliant location for Cheltenham and Gloucester. The breakfast was typical but needed topping up more frequently.
