Thankyou for making this a wonderfull experience, the bed was so comfy the pillows out if this world. We booked breakfast and couldn't be disappointed the food was amazing. I have left the best untill last and that is the impeccable attention to detail from all the staff, shout out to the chef she is amazing.

I really enjoyed my stay at Pontypool Premier Inn, and always have a great experience, made better by the great service and tasty breakfast. Josh the chef is chatty, polite and always takes time to make the guests feel welcome and at ease.

Look forward to my next stay.

We had a lovely stay here. Josh and Tracey was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast made by Josh who went above and beyond, we loved the convenient location. Thanks for a great stay.

Just had 3nights stay here ,as it is convenient for visiting family .The staff cannot do enough for you especially Pippa on reception ,rooms are clean and  beds very comfortable.There is a Harvester right next door for good food .If you want a walk out behind is a pathway up onto the Pontymoile basin where you can stroll along the canal .

Just brilliant! Affordable and lovely clean room; the perfect temperature. We had take out in our room and they were happy with this. The check in and check out time were fine and the breakfast in the morning was great. Rhiannon was lovely and took care of us over breakfast. I would high recommend this place. The only thing I would say is that there should be bigger glasses for water in your room otherwise bring your own bottle or water. The glasses they have in their rooms are really small!

An absolutely excellent Premier Inn, in our top three in the UK easily. Fantastic welcome from reception, warm, cosy rooms and wonderfully quiet despite the location suggesting otherwise. Easy access to lots of places and a superb breakfast in the morning. Free parking too. Brilliant.

What an amazing place, the staff are amazing helped with everything I asked for, the staff was absolutely lovely!! The rooms were very clean and bed was very comfortable had a brilliant night sleep.. Defo recommend, would defo come back!! Breakfast was amazing well cooked..

The staff at this hotel are brilliant! They are always friendly and have always been helpful with any and every need.
And it's a premier inn so you know what you are getting. The highlight is always the hypnos mattress of course 🤣

Brilliant! Highly recommend.

What can I say? Another marvellous stay at this hotel. The staff really make it! From the Arsenal supporter in the kitchen (I said I’d mention him as we’d had such a laugh about some recent football that was on - forgot to take his name though) to the house keepers and to the receptionists. The site deserves an upgrade but the staff do their very best to accommodate any request. Thank you again and I look forward to my next visit.

Great stay, as always

We’ve stayed at the Pontypool Premier inn many times over several years as a central location to visit family. We’re always pleased with how smooth the visit is from the booking online to the comfort of the stay and easy checking out. The beds are comfy and large, and for us the accessible wet room/bathroom is ideal as my husband is a paraplegic in a wheelchair. The rooms are always clean and it’s nice to have tea/coffee provided. Having a hairdryer in the room saves having to bring your own too. The staff remember us now as we’ve been visiting for many years and are so friendly.

Typical Premier Inn, stayed here Friday night whilst on way to Swansea and to do local parkrun. Place was clean and reasonably priced, Did not eat there, but at the nearby Harvester.
