Freshwater Bay House is owned and run by HF Holidays, primarily a walking organisation, however you can use the house for 'doing your own thing'as a base for exploring the Island. Our room was very comfortable with a view over the bay. The food was excellent with cooked to order breakfasts and 3 course dinners with 3 choices for each course. HF Holidays provide tasty picnic lunches as part of their package sandwiches/rolls are made to order accompanied by fruit/chocolate/energy bars/crisps home made flapjack etc. The staff at Freshwater Bay were fantastic I would like to give a special mention to Joe (who was at the heart of everything) and Cheryl 'our' waitress who was efficient, pleasant and always smiling. Our walking leaders Sarah, Jeremy and Teresa were great, experienced and informative and provided welcome evening entertainment.
