Typical Premier Inn. Super location in Plymouth. Close to harbour, good foodie venues and shops. The stay was made special by staff member Walid, who took care of us very well in the restaurant.   Reception staff were also efficient and friendly.

Lovely lunch. Excellent service from Walid. Will visit again in the future.Thanks for a memorable visit.
Meals were delivered on time and portions were generous. The value was also good. Parking was easy as the car park was not full when we visited

I stayed here for a mum break in November. I was allocated a huge room for myself with a bath which was lovely.
The bed was comfy and the room itself was perfect for my needs. 
During the night I went down to reception where the receptionist Kay was super friendly and cheerful. She was very knowledgeable about the area and clearly loved her job. She is the reason I'd return again! :)

Stayed here for a couple of nights in December while visiting the area Christmas shopping and visiting the theate for the panto. Not familiar with the area so I asked Kay, the lady on reception when checking in for any recommendations on where is nice to eat, local transport facilities to save paying for parking at the shopping centre and generally what’s fun to do in the area. She was very helpful and informative with her knowledge and even remembered what we had planned and asked if we enjoyed the show upon seeing her the next day. Rooms are basic but clean. Beds are comfortable and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for any of the staff I encountered during my stay. Would definitely stay again

Final visit for 2024. Hayley Tompkins runs a great team, all of whom provide an excellent service, they convey that they are genuinely happy to provide their services  rather  than a not unusual U.S. bland (have a Nice day). Having Cook & Pub a very short walk away is a bonus if you do not want  to go far!

We had a lovely two night stay here. Great location, within easy walking distance to Barbican and the city centre.  Nice rooms, comfy beds and walk in shower. Ample car parking facilities.  Tasha at reception was really helpful and friendly.  Thank you Tasha.

Why stay anywhere else

We stayed at Lockyers Quay for 1 night to go out and when we got there my car broke down in the middle of the car park. We went to reception to ask if we could have someone help us push the car into a space and was told to go to the restaurant next door as there was more staff to do it, 2 lovely ladies from the restaurants came out in the rain to help us but unfortunately I didn’t get their names. Lora on reception was exceptional and deserves the most praise! We explained what happened and while we were sorting my car she made sure she registered my car and when we got back to reception gave us fresh towels to dry ourselves off. In the situation we had been in with the car it was so nice to be greeted like this and made to feel welcome and helped. Every receptionist we can across during our stay was so lovely and always greeted us. By far one of the best premier inns I’ve stayed in with the most exceptional staff which are a credit to the company. 

Very convenient location, excellent carpark, very friendly and helpful reception staff 24/7. Great value for money restaurant on site. 

Warm and decent size room, great shower room, all immaculately cleaned by Diana. Also, the little extras left in the room for us (organic shower gel, sweets, welcoming note) were greatly appreciated. Impeccable service, thank you, Diana.

This was a great hotel in the perfect location for us. The room was set up lovely with a perfect travel cot for our 1 year old. Some lovely little personal touches left in the room too. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Great location for a hotel, but let down by the check in. We booked 4 rooms and travelled down from Scotland for a bereavement, it took us 12 hours.
We arrived at 11am and asked to pay for an early check in and were denied.
Hotel looked about a quarter full, and could not offer not one room for our elderly member, just to rest and have use of the toilet. We had to come back at 3pm. Not good.

Impeccable service

The room itself was, as expected, on the small size and the furnishings looked quite tired. That said, the bed and mattress were brand new and we had the best night sleep ever. Even more, the room had been impeccably cleaned and smelled wonderful. 
In the room, we found, to our surprise and delight, sweets, wine and bath bombs; hand written greeting cards and little welcoming notes amongst all the treats! The lady who prepared our wonderful room was Diana whom we can't thank enough for a trully fantastic experience. ☺️

Easy access to the hotel & ample of parking spaces ( chargeable ). Very friendly front of reception staff which made the whole process of checking in a lot easier with a big smile. 

Impeccable room. Also a big shout out to DIANA with that lovely note *see attached picture* Little thing like that goes a long way.
