We stayed for a week visiting family. The food and the service was excellent. It’s exactly what we would expect of Premier Inn. A good comfortable bed, clean room, decent towels and a good sleep. Staff were helpful and responded to all our requests. Great value, especially if you book well ahead.

Been staying here now for over 2 weeks with work great place to stay all staff very present and helpfull. Agnes above her means to make sure we have everything that we need and to make our stay mote comfortable and enjoyable makes sure we are settled

Get the best treatment by the staff at this premier inn, especially from Agnes & Kirsty as they’re always on the desk when we check in every week for the past 6 months, wouldn’t like to say we get special treatment (but we do) from your favourite two brothers,  Macca & Dan

Due to an admin error my room booking was incorrect. This could have been a real problem, but it was dealt with brilliantly by Cassidy. Thank you so much for your help it is really appreciated, you are a real credit to Premier Inn. I congratulate you on your empathy, patience and help.

It started as a bad day and an unexpected stopover in Plymouth, website not working but the receptionist Kirsty could not have been more welcoming and helpful .. she sorted out our internet problem and got us all safety checked in with herbal teabags to soothe our stressful day ... warmth on a grey foggy evening . 

Back at Plymouth for a few nights on Business. Always come back here for the ease of location, spacious car park whether in a work van or car, and of course the staff. 
Immediately met with a smile, the easy going staff make it a relaxed check in. 
Special mentions for Stacey, Agnes and Amber. 



Exceeded my and my friend's expectations. My friend's wet room with disabled facilities was perfect for his needs. His and my room were were comfortable, clean and roomy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant next door was perfect for us.

What a lovely stay! Cassidy on reception always has a smile on her face and brings an uplifting spirit to the hotel. Jo is hilarious, brilliant and a night with her on the bar gave us more laughs than we've had in ages, well supported by James. Josh kept things in order and had a good laugh with us all. Food was lovely, atmosphere was brilliant and made a work trip a good bit of fun! 

Cassidy, Haydn and Stacey were absolutely fantastic, extremely helpful and accommodating, these guys are an absolute credit to the team! 
I personally think they provide an excellent touch to the service provided at premier inn. 
Finally I wish Stacey luck with her hospitality exams 16/03/23 


Having spent the last 5 weeks in Plymouth for business purposes. I only have massive praise and thanks to the amazing kind, caring, tentative staff at this Premier Inn. Receptionists Cassidy, Anges, Dawn. And the rest of the crew who's names I didn't catch, have been amazing. Nothing was too much. 
The rooms are neat and tidy, some could do with a bit of modernisation, a plug socket and or a USB socket beside the bed wouldn't go a miss. But that really is splitting hairs. The wonderful sonos beds, well I do always sleep well in a premier Inn bed. Housing keeping is always good. Nothing to complain about from me. I would come here again, I would recommend to anyone who is stopping for a fee nights or more. The staff make this Premier Inn. So hats off to them. A friendly smiley face after long rubbish day is all you need.

Hotel was fine but let down by not having any USB sockets in the room or any power sockets next to th bedside. A simple change of bedside light with USB would do the trick. Make sure you take your charger plugs as well as your leads. Hotel staff we helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very pricey just go over the bridge to sainsburys cafe same breakfast but cheaper.

Honest Glynn

The room very clean and comfortable. It was quiet even having a room looking over the car park. The restaurant was handy and the food tasty but not very warm. You could have as much as you wanted and did excellent poached eggs. All the staff in both the hotel and restaurant dry good even over Christmas when it was very busy.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Very comfortable bed and clean room. Shower pressure was a bit low.
Considering the hotel was located close to the A38 and large roundabout, we didn’t hear any traffic noise considering we were located that side of the hotel
