staff very helpful, Rooms very clean, breakfast was very good and when the eggs were not done as required no hassle in getting them replaced. Overall a very comfy restful clean stay.

Lovely Hotelmy room was clean, well maintained, quiet and comfortable.Would book again for future trips to Sandhurst without hesitation.

The staff couldn’t have been any more accommodating to our needs. They should be recognised for how hard they work. They helped us and other family members out and always had a smile on their faces! 

We first visited 11 years ago. We revisited with our children, as it is central to Windsor, London, and the Motorways. 

The hotel is clean and amaculate. Polite staff. There was little confusion over our breakfast as the tills from the hotel were not talking to the restaurant.  But it was resolved. We will for sure be back. Nothing is a problem to the staff here. 

Stayed here on a short break to legoland with the kids. It is a small Premier inn just off a main road so maybe think ahead if you're a light sleeper. It has very good beefeater restaurant next door and all the staff are pleasant and seem like they genuinely want tomake you comfortable. It was close to halloween and the kids loved their decorations. 10/10 would come here again

Arrived around 6pm. Check in was simple and straight forward. Room was clean and well equipped.

On entering the bar, there was an obvious shortage of staff, but those that served us were great.

Food took a while, but is was very good.

Breakfast staff were great and the breakfast was delicious.

Overall, a great stay.

We could not fault this Premier Inn. Everyone who works there is helpful and pleasant - nothing seemed too much trouble. We arrived very late evening of a blisteringly hot day to find a room with a fan on to help keep temperatures down. It was extremely very welcome. Our room was extremely clean and the bed was spotless. We had only booked for a one night stay but because of the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the Inn we ended up staying for three nights. The lady working in the Beefeater restaurant which was linked to the Inn was so sweet and helpful and even gave us some brilliant travel advice for getting about. This Premier Inn is brilliantly situated if you want a day out at Legoland or Windsor and of course central London is not far away.

Clean tidy, professional staff and excellent service from everyone.  Especially grateful to Magda and her team in the beefeater attached to the hotel.  Will definitely be back soon for more of the same

Stayed in June in this hotel. It’s convenient and clean but too warm due to heat wave this June. The cold water is available at reception, also fans provided in rooms. Hotel team members were very helpful. I had to call reception as could not leave a child  in room and They brought us extra towels and sheets immediately.

This premier inn is one like no other. The atmosphere and the way it is placed feels like a second home.  The people in the lobby are very friendly and there is free water to drink. Amenities are 2.00 each. For meals, the neater beefeater pub is a great option for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They are  allied with premier inn.

Nice and well cooked steak and an extensive menu at the restaurant. Only problem is that it is extremely quiet and small toilet.

No air con but a complimentary fan and heating available.
