Upto to the usual high standards of Premier Inn. Easy check in, free parking (add you reg at reception) clean comfy room and great breakfast. 

Only very minor gripe is using the WiFi is a faff! Why not just give a code on check in? Oh and you can't open the window in the rooms.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff. The manager Jay was very efficient in checking us in, genuinely interested in us as his customers and very informative about the area. The rooms were very clean and tidy a very comfortable bed made the stay excellent 

Very easy to find after ferry trip from Spain to Portsmouth.
Reception helpful and efficient. Room large and warm. Bed very comfortable.
Breakfast the following morning was more than adequate and staff very friendly

Great place to stay, very friendly staff , always willing to help, clean fresh room big car park, great feel to the place, asked the reception to book taxi , with no problem, receptionist advised best time for breakfast so not so busy , Would stay again 

Great for a business traveller, especially with Vegan diets. The hotel is hygienic, warm. The people were warm. Beefeater right next door made for lovely meals. The location is convenient too. Overall very positive experience.

We have used this P inn before as it is located in a very convenient place for our onward journey.
It is reliable in cleanliness and friendly service.
Close to Petersfield town and the A3.
we eat out in Petersfield as we do not like the Beefeater chain. The menu is very limited and we have found the service very bad in the past , at other Premier Inns


Arriving at the hotel for 3pm check in, greeted by Debbie, who was very amiable and very polite, easy check in, and Debbie explained everything so clearly. The room had everything you need, the bed was so comfortable, brilliant shower, with good tea/coffee making facility to hand. The breakfast in the morning was perfect and very affordable at £9.99. Many thanks to the staff for a pleasant stay.

Was staying in Petersfield on business and was delighted to stay at this Premier Inn. From the moment I arrived to when I left the staff went above and beyond - I would like to thank Debs for her first-class service.  THANK YOU. Great rooms and a lovely restaurant/bar actually within the Hotel, I had a great meal and a fabulous nights sleep.

I stayed over the Christmas period and everything was very nice indeed (apart from a problem with wi-fi in the hotel) and the staff were all very friendly and kind and they also allowed me to stay an extra night because of the train strikes so it was a lovely time.

We needed a base for a couple of nights and were so pleased we stayed at the Petersfield Premier Inn.
We could not fault it - it had everything - a reasonably priced clean and comfortable room, easy, free parking, terrific customer service and the cherry on the cake - a Beefeater on site with delicious food. We will return!

Good room, very good bed, good breakfast and general service - BUT received parking fine from Horizon, even though car park used correctly and only in association with our booked overnight stay at the hotel. The fine was withdrawn (without apology) after appeal, but I will never use a Premier Inn with third-party parking company again.

Wonderful stay at a fantastic Premier Inn - the staff were perfect.

We have stayed at the Premier Inn in Petersfield several times when we visit family. This time we stayed for four nights. We felt that the cleaning was not quite up to pre-Covid standards. Comfortable bed as always but the bathroom was not good. There was a lot of mould on the bath sealant and around the taps and on the floor/bath sealant. Our fault that we didn’t ask to change rooms.
