Welcomed and supported by Sam on arrival and throughout our two night stay. If we needed help and advice it was available.  Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay here again should we visit the city in the future. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The cooked breakfast was delicious.

Better than expected. Great for families. Highly recommended. Perfect location. Only thing missing is a free parking but few options around. Staff polite and helpful. Room very big and tidy. Beds big and comfortable. If Novotel is 4 star this must be 6 ;)

Lovely room , great location. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Alex was great really friendly and professional thank you for a great stay and keeping our dinner for our return from our night out. Food was lovely and great price. Ryan and Joanne

Excellent hotel with 24/7 reception. Secure room and corridors. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Comfy be. Temp controlled rooms. Quiet.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and had a nice atmosphere.  The room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable too. The breakfast was delicious as well. Everything went perfectly well with our stay, thank you.

Room, especially bathroom was looking a bit tired but everywhere in room was spotlessly clean . Jack at reception is sweetest person with biggest sweet tooth 😉😂,couldn't be any more helpful/attentive as was Anna  who we met on arrival , nice, friendly people. All of the staff are a credit to hotel but we interacted mostly with Jack and Anna which was a pleasure ..thank you for a lovely stay

A quick trip back to the UK to visit family and friends. The hotel came up as the best location but was still one of the cheapest options available. I expected the old adage of "you get what you pay for" to be true. But not in this case. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. The bed was unbelievably comfortable too. The staff were warm and welcoming. It was a quality experience at a budget price. 

Jack! He is AMAZING!!! A lovely personality with humour to boot. The service he provided was outstanding. The food was of a decent standard and provided good value. I like that the hot breakfast was cooked to order rather than a buffet.

Chloe,Sam and a lady calling herself Mrs Ben she knows who she is excellent people nice couple of days in Coventry I would stay again good location easy parking which was very reasonable all in all a good stay .

I grew up in Coventry, and had the chance to visit and remember somenoff my best memories..shame all my old "haunts" no longer exist!!!. Regarding the hotel, it was clean, close to city. Friendly. Breakfast was good and reasonable. Parking was expensive at ncp lot..but not the fault of Premier Inn. I'd definately stay here again.

I stayed at this Premier Inn for a weekend break to visit my daughter.The hotel is extremely convenient for Coventry centre and an easy 15 minute walk from Coventry station.It is very easy to find.
Check in was quick and easy and I was allocated a room on the fifth floor.The room was clean and well appointed.Everything worked,the room was comfortable and just the right temperature for early March.The bathroom was spotlessly clean and come with complimentary shampoo,bodywash and soap.
The bed was very comfortable,I can’t say I heard any noise or any disturbance during the night and had a very enjoyable three night stay here.I can’t comment on the food as I didn’t eat at the hotel.
If I had one complaint it was that the pillows were rather hard considering how comfortable the bed is.I would have preferred two softer pillows rather than one hard one on each side of the bed.Only a minor point though.
Overall I had an excellent stay here,I have no hesitation about recommending it to others and will definitely be staying again when I come to visit my daughter.

My first stay in a Premier Inn and I was impressed.

Much better than I expected.

Got the family room it was massive.  Was close to shopping and the gym.  No safe in the room and no fridge and the AC was just ok. Besides that it was great!

very good stay, I have been to this hotel a few times and this was the best stay yet. a definite improvement on previous stays.  Bed very comfortable and a good nights sleep. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful overall.  
will stay here again and would recommend it.
