I had a wonderful Easter weekend at Grim's Dyke, arriving on Sunday 5th April and staying overnight. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Every member of your team exceeds all expectations to delight your guests. I really appreciate the high standards at Grim's Dyke, your team is immaculate, welcoming and professional. My room was beautifully maintained, very clean, generous and very comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner at Grim's Dyke, and the food was remarkably high quality, I really enjoyed my baked cod and gnocchi. I would like to give positive feedback for every member of your team, especially for Traivon. Traivon has a warm and generous personality, and he delivered excellent customer service throughout our meal. Traivon made time to have a lovely conversation with my partner and I during our dinner and I really enjoyed meeting him. I understand that Traivon has been a team member for 7 years and it's clear that he truly enjoys his role, he displays confidence, experience and passion for Grim's Dyke as a wonderful place to work. Breakfast was also beautifully prepared and presented by your team, and we enjoyed some wonderful wines in your bar. I would like to say a special thank-you for giving us a wonderful experience, I'm very grateful. I hope to join you again in the near future.
