Great online service fast booking fast email confirmation. Unfortunately couldn't stay as our French bulldog went into labour and had a gorgeous frenglish boy puppy!!! Mum and baby are doing great! 😯😁Will stay another time in the near future. 😁👍Thanks for the fast service

Absolute best sleep ever! Beds are so comfy and the staff are brilliant they really made us feel welcome for as soon as we arrived. The man on reception (Graham) answered all our questions and when we came back down welcomed us again with a smile.

Easy access from the A14 and to get into Ipswich for anything your are visiting the area for. 
Would recommend to anyone needing a comfortable bed. Always sleep well in a Premier Inn bed. Plenty of tea and coffee available too

Stayed at the Premier Inn Ipswich South East for a couple of nights and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. Convenient location with easy access. Would definitely stay again!

Staff very helpful and polite. Comfy pillows and bed. Blackout curtains a bonus. Took an end upstairs room, was lovely and quiet. Loved having a hot bath. Extra pillows available. Room was nice and warm.

The receptionist lubo was outstanding with his hospitality, the hotel was adequately clean, could be a little warmer but was still very comfy, going back to lubo he was very hands on and helped arrange food for my self at a very unreasonable time, he literally is the definition of above and beyond

A nice friendly clean hotel and very quick to sort out our problem when we checked in when we required a ground floor room as our son is disabled and we had booked a family room as they are generally ground floor, we were quicly allocated an accessible room with a rollaway bed. 

The staff are so friendly and so helpful, Mel is  there if you need to know anything and Lubo is there every morning with a smile to welcome you at the reception as you leave even at 5.30 am lol the rooms are always clean and warm and the showers are so nice , highly recommend

Beds comfy and all staff are friendly. Lubo greets you every morning with a smile.Rooms are always clean with tea and coffee. Showers are brilliant and always hot . The only downside is the lack of tv channels .

Great staff - including Mel - manager and Team HHK - lovely guy Lubo, very helpful and a great help sorting me a ground floor room due to my back being sore and staff could not do enough for you. I was staying here due to working near by and would recommend this Hotel to everyone.

A pleasant, comfortable stay

We had an excellent two night stay at this hotel.
The staff were very polite and helpful, in both the hotel and the next door restaurant.
As always, our room was immaculately clean. The bed was beautifully comfortable and we awoke feeling fully refreshed.
Despite being very close to the A14 and surrounding businesses, the room was extremely quiet.

A lot of people label a Premier Inn  as just “another Premier Inn in another town” 
Obviously they have not stumbled across Premier Inn South East! 
The team are super friendly & will go up & above to make your stay both pleasant & memorable. Graham to name but 1 receptionist always spots my booking & I check into one of my preferred room numbers that, is amazing customer service when in most hotels you are just another booking.
The Brewers Fayre which is just across the car park offers a range of food to suit all.
As a woman staying on her own I feel safe & secure at Premier Inn Ipswich.

Stayed with Ipswich south east while working in the local area. I was checked in by the manager-she introduced herself as Mel. Very polite. The next morning there was  bed replacement but I was up and ready. Suz checked me out, she was very friendly and asked if everything was ok with the stay. Could see the team were very busy with the beds but felt well organised as I wasn’t rushed. Great stay overall. Didn’t use the restaurant as I used the restaurants further down the road.

I stayed on a business trip for one night, and it was fine.
Nice and clean, tidy, quiet and comfortable.
The rooms facilities were good and the staff, particularly Veronika , were  very friendly and helpful. The food in the nearby pub was great , and free car parking too.

Lovely staff comfy bed

I had a decent night here and the food in the restaurant ok so no issues.Room clean staff nice and plenty of tea and coffee. 
Wifi not great but same with every Premier inn unless you buy the upgrade which I do not have to when i stay in some of the othoer hotels.
