This place is like a little piece of heaven.  Situated on Lough Erne - you walk out of the sunroom, walk for 2 mins down a lane and you are at a gorgeous spot on the lake.  Easy and safe access for swimming and space to simply enjoy the lake.
The welcome is warm and genuine and the accommodation is very comfortable.  They have a very nice room for guests which tv coffee and biscuits and plenty or room for reading etc.
Its a great place to use as a base - or you may up just staying there and enjoying it's peace.

I stayed for two nights this past week at Tudor Farm. I think the new format of a breakfast in a bag is a great idea. The contents were of good quality and very fresh. I had a nice quiet room at the front of the house. The house and grounds are outstanding. There is a huge lounge to relax in and watch tv. I fished from the jetty the first morning and went for a walk - with the family dogs and cat - the second morning. I would have no hesitation in returning. The owner - Ann - was extremely helpful and welcoming, always making sure I had what I needed.highly recommend a visit to Boa Island and a restful stay at Turdor Farm

Lovely place to stay

We stayed at this venue to facilitate our invite to a wedding at a nearby venue.
Sat nav will take you to the wrong place much closer to the Ross Harbour Resort- don't rely on this.
The site is very pleasant and quite private with plenty of parking.
The rooms are reasonably comfortable but could do with a thorough makeover and updating. The ensuite bathroom was adequate but would need the same treatment.
The bedding was fine except it was obviously intended for a cold night and we found it far too heavy for summer use.
The venue provides a 'grab and go', breakfast left at your door in the morning. Quite nice with yoghurt and fruit etc, a small charge is made for this.
One major item not in the room was a television, we both thought this odd.
All in all the venue was OK but could be alot better for the charge made.

Beautiful views. Was told by host Anne we would of got breakfast included in our room rate of £75. Next morning came and nothing... kept mentioning a grab and go breakfast which they bring to ur room and didn’t even bother giving us that. Not hospitable to us in the slightest. Felt as though we were looked down upon by Anne as we are young. Sam was a lovely man. Also bumped into travis and storm. They help out around the place. Had a great night with those guys. If it wasn’t for them it wouldn’t of been as good. Loved the fire and the wee seating area down by the lake. Rooms nice and beds comfortable. Have seen a lot of people saying they didn’t get breakfast that was paid for or else had to pay extra. Think Anne needs to brush up on this aspect of being a B and B owner. The amount of reviews pointing that out is a big hint that obviously hasn’t been took on board.

I stayed here for my family member wedding - the setting is good - but for €90 all i was shown to was a very pokey room with a velux wall which my BF couldnt stand up straight in. The booking said Bed and Breakfast - then low and behold on arrival we were told this would only be tea and biscuits and a fry is extra charge???? WTF!! I already paid way over the odds. Then at 11:15 i heard a loud rap on the door advising us we over stayed the check out time. I checked the confirmation email which said check out is between 10-12 the next day. So we had to leave early as they were booked out the following day. My advice would be to look after the current guests, give them a hot breakfast which they thought they paid for as it didnt stipulate 'conteinental breakfast' to me a 'breakfast' is a warm one. my tip is not to stay here. I also didnt have wifi and wasnt informed if there was a code and when i turned wifi on my phone it didnt show up. We also were woke from 3am with a crying baby next door so the walls must be paper thin. the cleaner downstairs was banging doors from 730 am which woke us nicely with our wedding hangover..
