Excellent staff and very helpful and I will definitely be staying here again on business, clean & very tidy.
From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a smile and when I asked about the car parking the ladies explained the rules and I signed my car in and was all sorted.

Had a short visit to see family and stayed here. Rooms are well equipped, clean, comfortable and warm. It's the second time I have stayed here and would definitely stay again. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The ability to get extra tea and coffee is brilliant too 

Another awesome trip to this hotel. Many thanks to Jan znd her team for making our stay so memorable. This lady deserves all the recognition she gets and is a great ambassador to the Whitbread brand. Also huge thank you to the new kitchen team.

Took our Grandaughter to visit Eureka and stayed over night here, staff were lovely and friendly. The room was warm and cosy, There was no noise from the road and the shower gel smells divine.
 There are a few food outlets nearby, but we chose to eat in the pub next door, the food, ambience and staff are great, staff were so friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough for us.
 We had a little issue with our lamps so hubby popped to reception to let them know, Georgia came back with him to have a look, she was amazing, got the problem sorted really quickly and efficiently. 
 We loved staying there that much we've re booked to go back soon.

Georgina at reception was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond when my family didn’t know where to eat for dinner, she very kindly called around all the local best rated restaurants and provided us with a list of around 10 restaurants with times we can book a table for, she totally didn’t have to do that and it really made our day, so thank you!

Staff were amazing, in particular Sharon, who sorted a room after there had been an error with the booking made by my office.  Thank you!!!   All staff very friendly and helpful.  Room comfortable. Way access to major roads.

We stayed overnight to attend a friends wedding. It was very late when we checked in, the gent ( didn’t catch his name- or had the capacity to remember )that greeted us was very welcoming and helpful. 
Standard premier in room, although mattress seemed much more comfortable. 
Was greeted by a very happy Linda in the morning ( although possibly struggling and not a morning person myself ) was nice to see a friendly, helpful face. 
Breakfast was the usual, although we only limited ourselves due to the queues for the food were very long, due to having general public and guests eating their to, the poor staff really struggled to keep up, the staff really tried their best. 
Overall, good set up and what was expected from the chain group

I've stayed here once before and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my phone not charging; Sharon on reception went out of her way to find another charger for me. She even had time for a bit of a chat; while it was charging at reception. It's little things like this that make a difference when you're working away from home. Thank You!

Staff were very helpful, especially Lesley, enjoyed my stay, staff very friendly, and always there to answer any questions, I would recommend this hotel , plenty around for food and drink , thanks to all the staff .

All round great experience, reception has had great customer service and always willing to help where possible. Going above and beyond. Rooms are good and very clean with everything you need. Even had a welcome note on a few occasions. Plenty of parking available.

Friendly and helpful staff

The staff were friendly and helpful. We had moved the dates of stay because of the snow but were able to move it back to the original dates when the snow melted quicker than we’d thought. Sharon, Lesley and Alison in particular made our stay run smoothly.
Comfy clean rooms. Some confusion in restaurant and not enough staff in restaurant but still a good breakfast for the price. 

Friendly helpful staff

Lovely clean room with an amazingly comfy bed just what I needed after a long drive from London. Excellent location from Bradford with added bonus of free parking. Reception staff lovely and welcoming. The overall experience made the catchup with my sister after three years even more amazing. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful friendly service from staff

Just returned from a one night stay. It was a great location for a birthday party we were attending at Cleckheaton Sports Club. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming and the rooms were the usual Premier Inn standard. The biggest let down was breakfast and this is usually a highlight of a Premier Inn stay!!! No cooked food was available - apparently the chef hadn’t turned up!!!? We will apparently get the difference refunded. The choice of continental breakfast was poorer than usual and the coffee not as nice. During breakfast a cleaner was vacuuming which seemed odd when customers were around. We are likely to be in the area again in May so would stay at the hotel again but minus the breakfast!

Pity about breakfast!

Outstanding customer service. I stayed for work and my partner come to stay on my last day. I explained to Sharon on reception that because I work away for weeks at a time my partner would be coming she gave us complimentary drinks and made sure we had enough towels etc. Such a kind and thoughtful touch that Sharon diddnt need to do.

A lovely night sleep. Great location. Brilliant friendly staff, very cheerful. The lady in the evening was very helpful and Megan who was there when we checked out was lovely. Asking if there was anything else we needed and did we have a good stay. Clean, tidy, comfortable and warm what more could you ask for? 

A lovely hotel

Stayed here visiting family, normally stay at the premier inn at birstal but it was fully booked. Team here are great Georgina on reception was very helpful and polite. Lots of treats in reception to buy and if you forget anything they have toiletries to sell for charity. Room very clean and hk friendly asked for my room cleaning and this was done that day. Would definitely recommend staying here.
