My mum was staying at the site for her 80th birthday and myself, sisters and brother visited for the day as a surprise.  We had a lovely breakfast, served by Tia, who was absolutely fantastic, friendly and charming.  Finlay took some photos for us - the two of them were outstanding.  The receptions staff were smiley and helpful. We then had a fun game of Crazy Golf and looked around the site which was clean and tidy.  My Mums lodge was luxurious, spacious and clean.  I would highly recommend to anyone.

We only stayed for a few nights but I wish we could have stayed longer. 
We stayed in a lodge which was very clean and spacious. The nearby cliff views were incredible and really beautiful during sunset. The food was such a highlight. It has improved so much over the years. I highly recommend the honeycomb tiffin. The staff were all so lovely tol. We all had such a good time.

This site is a real gem. We stayed in a lodge on Glenside, and this was a brilliant spot for access to the beach and the clubhouse. 
The site grounds are well maintained, clean and smart. We saw teams of men trimming hedges and leaf blowing while we were there. The clubhouse is very nicely decorated, modern and clean, with numerous places to sit and enjoy a drink or meal. There is a friendly security man on the door checking passes to access the clubhouse.
We had Sunday lunch in the restaurant, and this was very tasty. We made use of most of the facilities on site, and visited several local pretty villages, Beaulieu motor museum, and spent time at the lovely beach every day. If you book this site you won't be disappointed. We will hopefully return soon!

We stayed in Palma Apartments number 2 between 29 Dec - 2 Jan. one adult and one child.

Apartment was spotless, new fridge was brought in on arrival day, bedding was clean, very good kitchen facilities and utensils and good heating throughout. Under canopy parking was great as weather was bad.

Reception staff were outstanding, they helped us extend our holiday by 1 night and also we had to request new bedding after an accident and they did it with a lot of respect and dignity.

Staff throughout site were happy and extremely helpful.

Pool was a bit cold, we liked it though as not very busy and less than a 20 walk from our apartment.

We paid extra and did the pottery painting . Really enjoyed it, staff were very chatty and friendly.

Entertainment in the evening was good for children from 6pm. Bar service was very slow. We loved the food in the coach house.

Paid for NYE tickets in the coach house and had the best night. Singer was brilliant and a great atmosphere.

Drinks reasonable priced 

Arcades are good and ticket prizes are very reasonable.

We have now booked to go back for 2 weeks next year and our friends have booked as first time visitors following our review.

Local area is beautiful, we enjoyed all the attractions within the new forest and coastal resorts.

Looking forward to our return very much.

Third time here, every caravan we have stayed in has been perfect.
Lovely clean site everywhere.
They cook a great breakfast too. Just a short walk to the beach  Dog friendly also.
We will be back very soon in the better weather. A short walk to a pub also.
Takeaways 1 mile or so away.

We hired a lodge for a family birthday weekend celebration. The lodge was amazing so spacious and clean. The hot tub was an added bonus and was well enjoyed by young and all. Cannot really fault anything, with it it seeming to be nit-picking. Staff are all friendly and helpful. A fabulous weekend was had by all. Thank you to all at Hoburne Naish 

The staff are amazing, the park is spotless and the food is brilliant. We arrived 90 minutes early and were greeted by very friendly staff who allowed us to check in. The dog friendly caravan had been cleaned to within an inch of its life. SPOTLESS!
Every Hoburne vehicle that passed by gave a cheery wave.  Even the on-site contractors carrying out refurbs were friendly.

When visiting Hoburne  Naish be sure to visit the Leisure Centre and meet Ollie, Mackenzie, Harriet,Rosie & Danny. Who are very friendly and helpful and went that extra mile last Saturday and stepped in to do the aqua class as the usual instructor phoned in sick. Well done great team

The park was very quiet but it didn't stop Jo and Sam from the entertainments team from providing a first class service they went above and beyond to ensure the children had a really good time, my Grandson loved every minute even though one night he was the only child there it didn't prevent him from being kept entertained.
The whole team at Hoburne Naish are friendly and helpful, Olivia on reception was extremely friendly and always smiling the Manager is lucky to have such a great team including the guy that ran the amusement arcade.

My sister and I and our daughters stayed at hoburne naish. We booked a caravan, but were given a deluxe lodge. It was amazing, very clean, even had a washing machine. Very helpful staff. Definitely be back.

Wonderful NYE stay

Perfect

Dog friendly deluxe 2 bed lodge mon-fri. Very clean & plenty of room. Didn’t find sofas comfortable as to deep 2 sit back in.tv was small for size of living room with cables that could be hidden. Fire turned on & off itself so switched off at plug in case of fire. Nice big shower  in en-suite. Not keen on some of the blinds with how they work. Main bedroom was light at night as many windows & could do with table lamp which we got from twin room. Small tv in bedrooms but could do with double room one on the wall not too on dressing area shelf. Went to bar for drink during day,nice having different seating areas but hardly anyone in. Would be nice to have bar open times on door as didn’t use at night as weren’t sure when it would start close. Nice quiet location with nice walks.

Jo & Sam Superstars /Hoburne Naish Staff Amazing

We have just completed a Monday-Thursday break in the lead up to Christmas at Hoburne Naish and had a great time. Naish is located in a really nice location, close to the beach, restaurants, The New Forrest, Bournemouth & Southampton so there was plenty to do when not at the site.

Accommodation was comfortable and suited our small family perfectly, we booked specifically for the December to Remember break for all the entertainment advertised and we were not disappointed! The two entertainment staff working Sam & Joseph were fabulous with my little boy and the family's too. The break itself was extremely quiet but the entertainment staff still made us feel welcome and changed their plans to accommodate a smaller amount of children, we still saw Sammy, played games, danced and both the entertainers were extremely enthusiastic. I think not having many children in could be difficult but those two handled it well. We plan on returning on a buiser time to see the difference with a big audience.

We also made great use of the Pool every day on our visit, was slightly underwhelming for children as it is an olmpic style pool with not much to do apart from swim legths but me and my husband enjoyed it. There is a smaller pool for children but it's aimed at toddlers. Food and drink was also pretty good on our stay, our only gripe would have been the lqck of live acts later in the evening, in summer we saw a different performance every night. Can only assume they don't book singers when it is so quiet, weather was also poor but thats to be expected this time of year.

Overal a good time was had by all, if a bit quiet on the park which led to a lack of atmosphere but that is not the fault of the staff. posibly an issue with pricng!
