Balcony at the lobby is a 10/10 vibe to chill regardless of the time of day and lots of friendly and adorable cats around. Location is good too as supermarkets, local marts and local eateries are within walking distance without any shady roads. On saturdays, walking down to the railroad crossing and you'll find a wet+dry market frequented by the locals. Enjoy and see what's life is like for the locals, might grab some produce too while you're at it. If you're afraid of tourist traps and its subsequent prices, granted you have some form of transport to access the tourist spots, this is a great place to be. No overbearing scent of cigarettes, no indoor smoking too and since it's a Manchester United house, it gets another plus from me. If I'm in the area again, I will be here 100%.
