The service is other worldly & the staff are genuinely keen to assist in giving you the best experience possible. I have especially thank the general managers 'Nurhayal' & 'Bengul', reception staff 'Sila Nur', who's thoroughly supported us on our trip. A big shout out to waiter 'Frat' who provide excellent service during our 'A 'l carte' experience. I cannot recommend this hotel enough & can't wait to return
