I would say that this was one of the best experiences I have ever had in many years. 3 star hotel?? I'd say all 5 Stars!! ALL the staff across the whole hotel made my stay there so easy and pleasant. The Villa I was in was refurbished not too long ago and all the services functioned and were clean. Any request I had was sorted immediately and questions answered with results. I even got them to organise a hire car for 4 days - similar pricing to going outside directly, but they supplied me with my own parking space which security reserved for me while I was out. Food at the restaurant was good - and on Wednesdays nights they put on a BBQ on the beach complete with a free fire dance show. On the beach sunbeds and umbrellas were sufficient for the number of guests - beach towels supplied and changed daily. Food and drinks ordered and delivered to your sunbed on request. Pool is clean and clear - serviced every early morning. They noted it was my birthday during my stay, and they surprised me while I was out with a small cake in my room, and kept my room cool for me when I returned. I would highly recommended Thai House to anyone - middle of Lamai beach - close to the night markets and the main strip for road side shopping - which is a one way street for extra safety, and not as busy or noisy as Chaweng. I would book a Villa there again next time I go to Ko Samui. I don't review much, but this place deserves my time to give a positive review.
