Zarya Hotel

Well, I've seen some previous reviews, which were mostly negative, and I can't agree with them. Yes, the building is rather old, but it looks quite decent. Besides, many living plants on every floor and in the restaurant, very beautiful! Our room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge (very handy!) and a TV set (we had no time for it, though). Shampoo and soap in the bathroom was OK, and when we spent some, it was replenished the same day. As for hot water: you just need to wait a little longer, if you want to take a shower early in the morning. First the water indeed is cold. It's because the pipes are long, and the water cools down during the night, as nobody uses it. In the morning you need to open a tap and just wait for a minute. Soon the water gets hot. The breakfast was included, and it was plentiful: pancakes stuffed with meat, syrniki with sour cream (those were especially good), processed cheese, tea. Good start for the beginning of a busy day. I think, it's a good place for a tourist, who spends all the time in the city and comes to a hotel only to spend a night. Especially considering the low price.
