I visited Pearl Black Sea hotel in mid July 2021 with my family. The location is perfect - in the center of Adler and surrounded by lots of cafes and shops, and 5 min walking distance to the sea. The price was too high though - we paid almost 7000 rubles or USD 94 per night for 2 adults and a child, and it did not even include a free breakfast. The hotel was very clean, with air conditioning and fridge, but the room size was very small (less than 20 square meters) and there was no elevator in the 5 story building. For comparison, same size room in old Sochi, 1st line looking the sea - Hostel Alenka was only 2850 rubles, but it had shared bathroom.
